SEALCOATING

SealCoat is a Coal Tar Based protective coating designed for asphalt pavement protection and beautification. It is generally applied in a two course application. SealCoat is designed and manufactured to retard damage to the existing asphalt caused by weather, sunlight, oil spills and other destructive fluids commonly deposited onto parking facilities on a daily basis. It also enhances the surface to a newer look. A regular maintenance plan to SealCoat, Crackfill and Re-stripe your parking facility will insure many years of service life for your pavement investment.

Standard Service
Standard Service includes applying a Two-Course application of Commercial Grade Coal Tar Sealer by Spray Method. Latex and Silica Sand are added and mixed on location, as needed. The surrounding areas such as concrete sidewalks and buildings are protected from overspray by the use of manually operated edging board shields.

The Premier Service Advantages
Our Premier Service includes applying Three Courses, or equivalent, of SealMaster Coal Tar Sealer and mixed on-site as well. However, our Premier Service Coal Tar Sealer is mixed with a heavier content of silica sand, more latex for improved adhesion and additional additives to give it longer service life and enhanced beauty. The surrounding areas such as concrete sidewalks and buildings are protected from overspray as much as possible by the use of manually operated edging board shields, however, Premier Service also includes taping off all curbing, as well as, hand rolling all areas to within 2’ of any buildings, adjoining surfaces such as concrete walk ways and entrances before spraying. Most of our repeat clients have chosen on our Premier Service for years with excellent results.
